If the posted pick up dates and times for this auction don't work for your schedule to pick up your won items you can pay the for items and arrange a later date for pick up (within 2 week after auction end). We do this because we know everyone has different schedules and we want to make sure everyone has the right to bid on our auctions! Payment must be made on the pick up day provided, call in and pay for items over the phone!

Pick Up Dates Info: If for any reason you can't make the scheduled pick up dates and times for your items you will need to call in and pay for with valid credit card and future pick up can be determined then. We do this to help bidders that really want to buy items but can not sincerely make it because of schedule conflicts. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store. 

Buyer is responsible for all loading and rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load.  Auctioneer, Red River Valley Auctions and / or removal location owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal.  At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder.  If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets immediately during the removal day, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder upon payment.  If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona-fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

By placing a bid on this auction you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed below in addition to K-BID user terms.  For auctions contracted and managed by an Independent Affiliate, K-BID Online, Inc. is acting as a venue only and will not be involved in any disputes or issues regarding this auction. 

Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. 

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. 

Applicable North Dakota Sales Tax will be collected.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bonafide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.  Additionally if a bidder pays and does not pick the item up within 30 days of Removal date, he/she forfeits the item and it becomes property of Red River Valley Auctions.
