Simplicity at its finest. The MB1's modern day design will add a splash of style enhancing ones' curb appeal. With its clean lines and embossed side panels you can personalize it by applying house numbers or any adornment you see fit. Not only is it an attractive mailbox but it is also built to last. Made from galvanized steel then fully powder coated inside and out for added corrosion resistance. With proper care, the MB1 should stay looking as good as the day you bought it for many years to come. Comes complete with a durable contrasting ABS flag and easy to open thumb latch already attached to front access door requiring no additional assembly. Just pull it out of the box and it is ready to be installed. Installation is made easy by the various options for mounting. The floor is predrilled with mounting holes in a pattern of 10 in. x 4 in. and also 5 in. x 5 in. giving you options if you are replacing an existing mailbox. If you prefer to mount using the body of the mailbox there are four embossed holes on both sides that are 3.8 in. apart. Installation hardware is not included with mailbox. Mounting bracket may be required to mount to post (not included). The MB1 post mount mailbox is USPS Approved by the Postmaster General.

Scheduled inspection dates and times are FIRM. Inspection is Tuesdays from 3pm-6pm. Just because we are a retail store does NOT mean our staff can accommodate drop-in inspections.
Arriving on pick-up day: You must enter the MN Home Outlet store to pay first. The loading docks and Shop Jimmy doors are not an entrance to the auction area.
Please come prepared to load items yourself, only large items will be lifted by a forklift.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
There is no shipping available under any circumstances. Please do not bid if you need an item shipped.
If you pay online with Square, we would like to remind all bidders that you are still responsible for claiming your lots on the scheduled pick-up day.
