When you purchase a firearm make sure you do the following:
1.) Your bidder information MUST match your real name, NO aliases!
2.) If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match your driver’s license, online payment isn’t an option.
3.) Your driver’s license, and if needed, your permit to purchase or Conceal and Carry Permit MUST also match your bidder profile.
4.) A NICS/Transfer charge of $25 will apply to each firearm, no exceptions.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES!
Under Federal law, in order for a Licensed Dealer to lawfully transfer a firearm to a person who resides out of State, the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within the bidder’s State of residence. The bidder may then receive the firearm from the FFL upon completion of an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check fee, which can vary from that listed on the final invoice.
