This is a top of the line (in it's day) motor home. The engine was replaced at 80,000 miles with a new engine (not used or different), that runs like a top. Trans shifts good, tires are in good condition. Everything in the "house" works as designed which includes side by side fridge/freezer, (replaced in 2008), washer/dryer combo, 3 burner stove, microwave, flat scree tv/dvd combo, bedroom tv. It has nice Corian counter tops, new LVP flooring in bathroom (floor was repaired and reinforced), HD antenna, sleeps 6 comfortably. Other ammenities include a back up camera with night vision, tow package, hydraulic leveling jacks, large awning (has been replaced), driver side door, 7000 watt generator, 2 AC units, 2 furnaces. This unit had custom cabinets installed when new, it has lots of storage inside and outside, outside sink with hot and cold running water. Everything works as designed except the transmission park brake has been disconnected (only due to owner preference) worked at time of disconnect.

Shipping is available with Spee Dee. UPS, Fed Ex, USPS will be used if necessary.
Palletized shipping or large items will not be shipped.
