Required all winning bidders MUST enter REAL Auctioneers office to pay FIRST.The warehouse and loading area doors are NOT an entrance to auction area.
All items MUST BE payed in full, picked-up/removed on scheduled dates and times listed.
Items not paid in full, picked up (or with approved alternate pickup as listed below instructions) will on removal day 6/18/2018 conclusion be marked as no show.

Alternate pickup time/ dates available ONLY for the week of 6/18/2018 through 6/22/2018. To receive an alternate pickup date/ time items MUST be paid in full AND have spoken with an associate to schedule/ approve by end of listed removal. See TERMS for additional removal specific details.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available on smaller items, please call before bidding to confirm shipping.
There will be a minimum of $10.00 convenience fee charged for facilitating items for shipping, which will be collected at time of payment.
No items will be transported until paid for in full.
Shipping fees will include packaging material(s) plus postage/freight.
