Leer, Inc. commercial, NSF, walk-in cooler / freezer. American made. UL listed, single phase, 120 V, 60Hz, 15 Amp. This unit is currently installed at our client's busy restaurant in Eagan. The unit is in great condition and fully operational. It will be the buyers responsibility to dismantle the cooler/freezer and remove it from it's current home in Eagan. Racks shown inside the cooler/freezer are not included.

TOTAL OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS : 102" WIDE X 240" DEEP X 90" TALL or 8-1/2 ft. wide x 20 ft deep x 7-1/2 ft. tall.
INSIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE COOLER SECTION: 80" WIDE X 90" DEEP X 85" TALL
INSIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE FREEZER SECTION: 80" WIDE X 144" DEEP X 81" TALL.
The NSF item is clean, in great
condition and has all of the mechanical components mounted on top of the
cooler rather than on the rooftop. The cooler will need to be
disassembled by you and removed from it's current location within 14
calendar days of the auction closing date. When you pay your invoice ON JULY 18TH,
in person or by telephone at our warehouse in St Louis Park, you will discuss your removal plan with us
and we will let the business owner know the details. You may want to
arrange an inspection, prior to purchase, to get an idea of what will be
required by the winning bidder in order to be fully prepared remove the
item in an orderly and timely fashion.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
