This is an older Woodland park style trailer. Has 2 tip outs and needs work. Not sure what works or not and there is visible water damage around the tip outs that will need to be addressed. No awning. Wear and tear in line with the age of the unit but definitely will need repairs or use it for parts/storage. Tires of unknown age and do show some age related damage/cracking.
