All Items listed are AS IS. Scheduled inspection dates and times are FIRM. Inspection is every Tuesday from 8am-10am. Just because we are a retail store, does NOT mean our staff can accommodate drop-in inspections. We do our best to test and accurately describe each listed item.
PICK-UP DAY for this auction will be Saturday, September 1st, 2018 from 8:00AM - 3:00PM.
Arriving on pick-up day: You must enter the MN Home Outlet store to pay first. The loading docks and Shop Jimmy doors are not an entrance to the auction area.
Please come prepared to load items yourself, we will only offer assistance for large items needing use of a forklift.
IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIMES/DAY, PLEASE DO NOT BID! YOUR ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY AND YOU WILL BE REPORTED AS A NO SHOW. IF THE ITEMS HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR, A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
There is no shipping available under any circumstances. Please do not bid if you need an item shipped.
If you pay online with Square, we would like to remind all bidders that you are still responsible for claiming your lots on the scheduled pick-up day.
