When you purchase a firearm make sure you do the following:
1.) Your bidder information MUST match your real name, NO aliases!
2.) If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match your driver’s license, online payment isn’t an option.
3.) Your driver’s license, and if needed, your permit to purchase or Conceal and Carry Permit MUST also match your bidder profile.

Under Federal law, in order for a Licensed Dealer to lawfully transfer a firearm to a person who resides out of State, the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within the bidder’s State of residence. The bidder may then receive the firearm from the FFL upon completion of an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check fee, which can vary from that listed on the final invoice.

A NICS Fee of $25.00 will be charged for EACH firearm for filing paperwork and/or conducting a background check. If you are purchasing a handgun or rifle with a pistol-grip stock; you are required to have either a MN Conceal & Carry Permit or a valid Permit To Purchase A Handgun---NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you do not pass the NICS check, the firearm will be resold on auction for you, but you are still required to honor your bid and pay for your purchase. $25 will be charged for the paperwork/transfer at the time of pickup or shipment for each firearm.
Items are to be picked up on the posted date---ONE DAY Scheduled Removal Only.
This affiliate accepts Cash, Good Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Credit Cards.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
