We accept Cash, all major Credit Cards (up to $1,500.00), Cashier Checks (funds verified by auctioneer), Wire Transfers (your banking institute may charge additional fee’s). Cashier Check, ACH/Wire Transfer required for transactions over $1,500.00. Personal checks NOT accepted.
Items not paid in full on removal day conclusion be marked as no show.

Alternate Pickup/Removal is available exclusively at discretion of REAL Auctioneers and MUST be requested via e-mail, and approved by REAL Auctioneers, BEFORE conclusion of listed auction removal date & time’s. Additional charges apply; a storage fee of 5% of winning bid price or $5.00, whichever is greater, will be charged and is due payable in full before items will be released.
Arriving on pick-up day:
All winning bidders MUST enter REAL Auctioneers office/station to pay FIRST.
The warehouse and loading area doors are NOT an entrance to office/auction area.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available unless otherwise stated in lot details
As a service to our bidders/ buyers REAL Auctioneers is a UPS shipper also offering freight shipping coordination for LTL & FTL items/ Lots.
REAL Auctioneers utilizes UPS on all non-freight shipping. To request an exact shipping & handling quote on a lot please e-mail for “shipping quotes” to info@REAL-Auctioneers.com and include the Auction Name, Lot Number, Bidder Name & address where the item will be shipped to. All addresses are assumed to be residential unless specifically stated as a commercial/ business address.
Additional Charges Apply:
There will be a packaging& handling fee of 11% of the winning bid price or $7.00, whichever is greater, in addition to quoted UPS shipping/freight charges.
All freight/LTL shipped items fee’s and charges are per quote. Please e-mail to request/ receive quote PRIOR to bidding.
No items will be transported until all charges are paid in full.
