PLEASE NOTE THE PICK-UP TIMES
All Items listed are AS IS. Scheduled inspection dates and times are FIRM. Inspection is every Tuesday from 8:00am -10:00am. Just because we are a retail store, does NOT mean our staff can accommodate drop-in inspections. We do our best to test and accurately describe each listed item.
PICK-UP DAY for this auction will be Saturday, October 20th, 2018 from 8:00AM - 2:00PM.
IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED PICK-UP, WE CAN HOLD YOUR ITEM TO BE PICKED-UP THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY BETWEEN 8:00AM-10:00AM FOR AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 FEE. PAST TUESDAY WE WILL CONSIDER THE ITEM(S) ABANDONED AND WILL BE RELISTED! NO EXCEPTIONS!
ONLINE PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, you must pay when picking up your item(s).
Arriving on pick-up day: You must enter the MN Home Outlet store to pay first. The loading docks and Shop Jimmy doors are not an entrance to the auction area.
Please come prepared to load items yourself, we will only offer assistance for large items needing use of a forklift.
IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIMES/DAY, PLEASE DO NOT BID! YOUR ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY AND YOU WILL BE REPORTED AS A NO SHOW. IF THE ITEMS HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR, A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
There is no shipping available under any circumstances. Please do not bid if you need an item shipped.
If you pay online with Square, we would like to remind all bidders that you are still responsible for claiming your lots on the scheduled pick-up day.
