After over 30 years in business, it is time to retire and disperse the shop and yard equipment at auction to the highest bidder. Most items have been a part of this long-running and successful business and are in workable condition. In this sale, you will find skid steer attachments, steel plate, hydraulic hose supplies, Flagro 1,000,000 BTU heaters, power tools including concrete saws, chainsaws, CAT press and puller tools, transits and tripods, engine and chin hoists, heavy transport chains, Miller welder, MAC toolbox, many sockets, impact, wrenches, electric and air tools, oil drums/pumps, many hardware bins with hardware, welding equipment, wacker/tampers, many new CAT big equipment filters and maintenance supplies, trash pumps and hose, fuel drums/pumps, engine oil, hydraulic oil, anti-freeze, Clark forklift, way too much to list!!
Have a plan when coming to load your items. A forklift/Terex Telehandler will be available to assist you in loading. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to ensure he/she has the proper equipment and help to load and haul the purchased items.
Plan to inspect. Great opportunity to acquire some great quality items. One day pickup ONLY!!! Do not bid if you cannot make arrangements for pickup on this day!!

For a handling fee (starting at $7.50) to cover our time and shipping supplies in addition to the shipping cost, we can ship one lot or many!! Please call to verify that the items you hope to win are something we can ship, BEFORE the sale ends! Successful bidders should call post-sale to arrange shipping.

Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Your online payment through K-Bid's website does NOT cover shipping and handling.
We ship small items and some larger ones, charging postage and handling. Handling fee starts at $7.50. We always try to ship most economically with you. Note: Speedee does not deliver to all locales in SD. Our alternate shipping is Fedex in those areas.
We can sometimes bring your items to Elk River or Prior Lake for local pickup for a handling fee starting at $10.
Both options require pre-payment by credit card (unless we've done business with you and know you're not going to waste our time).
