Lot 1 - Buyer is responsible for signing a hunting lease and ensuring that all activities on the land are legal and respectful of neighboring property owners. Auctioneer, Asset Liquidation Auctions, LLC, or location owner are not liable for injuries or damage during the term of the lease whether loss is incurred by the winning bidder or others allowed access to the property! At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, access to the land and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder. If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the land immediately, possession and use rights including risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.
Lot 2- 6 These items will be mailed to the high bidder or can be picked up in Hutchinson or Winsted MN by appointment.

If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. After that we cannot refund anything. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

Auctioneer, Asset Liquidation Auctions, and / or removal location owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets immediately during the removal day, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder upon payment.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Lot 1 - Winning bidder will need to make payment and sign a lease prior to using the land. The lease could be mailed, signed and mailed back once payment is made if winning bidder is out of the area.

When paying online we will hold your item for up to 30 days, please call for arrangements if you cannot make the scheduled removal times. Please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal or call 320-327-2622 for shipping arrangements.
