This is a single slide Keystone Springdale Rear Kitchen floorplan that would be a nice trailer except the slide floor needs replacement. Popular floorplan! This design is common for damage in this area due to water leaking past the slide seal down at the bottom. There is a 2 foot by 2 foot section of rotten floor - if you replaced the floor it would still have retail value since it is a 2009 and everything is working. One of the tires went flat - we had to put the spare on - but the other aluminum rim is with the trailer. It towed in fine and the tires still have tread but will need replacement - they are of unknown age.
