IMPORTANT FIREARM INSTRUCTIONS BELOW---NEED TO KNOW!!

NO CREDIT CARDS OR ONLINE PAYMENTS ACCEPTED FOR GUN PURCHASES.   

We follow strict and appropriate auction policies and procedures when selling firearms. We expect you to take the time to read and understand the auction process, terms & conditions, policies & procedures, inspection & removal information, Etc.  

The Firearms are located at the K-Bid Auction Center---5030 Hwy 12, Maple Plain MN 55359   

All FIREARM/GUN inspections are by APPOINTMENT ONLY unless we post a specific date and time for inspection.  (Please DO NOT stop by without scheduling an appointment time for inspection of the firearms.)  

The High Bidders of the firearms must first make payment (IN PERSON ONLY) at the appropriate auction location indicated in "Directions", then proceed to the K-Bid Auction Center with a paid invoice (provided by WildPeak Auctions) to complete NICS Check and pick-up the firearms.  DRIVE FROM AUCTION LOCATION TO K-BID CENTER IS ONLY 8.8 miles/13 minutes.

When you purchase a firearm, you will be required to pass a NICS check.  Plan on spending some time filling out the required paperwork to obtain a firearm.  If you are purchasing a handgun or rifle with pistol grip, you will be required to have a valid permit to purchase or Minnesota Conceal and Carry permit.  If you do not pass the NICS check, the firearm will be resold on auction for you, but you are still required to honor your bid and pay for your purchase. $25 will be charged for the paperwork/transfer at the time of pickup or shipment for each firearm.    

WildPeak Auctions reserves the right to refuse the sale of a firearm if deemed necessary or appropriate.  

As we do not offer shipping of firearms, bidding on and purchasing of firearms is restricted to MINNESOTA RESIDENTS ONLY, for this auction. If you are NOT a resident of Minnesota, please do not bid on firearms.  

All other items are located at the auction location listed in "Directions."  

Additional Terms

Payments accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit Card up to $4999 per card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer (Please call). NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

MN sales tax and any other applicable taxes and fees will be collected.

Since the majority of our auctions are held at our client's location, Auction Removal and Inspection are only during the date(s) and time(s) listed. If you are not able to pickup (or send a representative) at the specified removal date/time, PLEASE DO NOT BID. 

A WildPeak Auctions representative must be present for preview and removal.

As with all K-BID.com auctions, it is your responsibility as the bidder to properly inspect all items prior to bidding. 

It is your responsibility to safety and neatly remove and load your items. Please make sure you bring your own help and proper equipment and vehicle for removal. Auction staff is only present on-site to help you FIND your items. Auctions staff MAY be available to assist you in loading for a nominal fee, on a case by case basis, arranged ahead of time.

Items must be paid for by/on the removal date. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled removal date will not be held by the auctioneer after removal time has expired. Most of our auctions are held on-site at our client's location, so we can not take responsibility for items not picked up by the close of the removal time. Failure to remove items by the close of the removal time may cause a forfeiture of item, even if the item has been paid for.
