Coborn’s Grocery Store in Montevideo, MN has gone out of business an is Liquidating ALL Equipment onsite. Nearly 500 lots available to bid on.
PLEASE READ: Some items in this auction will be sold by quantity. Meaning that if the quantity is (10) and your bid is $5, your total bid price will be $5X10 = $50. Make sure to verify prior to placing bids. Each lot will make note if it is being sold by quantity.
Unless otherwise stated in the description, many pieces of equipment in this auction have not been tested by BSE Auctions. Many items in this auction were from an operating grocery store or were excess pieces of equipment. Due to power and time restrictions, we were unable to fully test every item unless otherwise stated. We encourage bidders to attend the inspection day to verify condition.

Abandoned items policy: Items paid for and not retrieved during the scheduled removal period will be disposed of unless otherwise approved with BSE Auctions prior to the auction closing.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
There is no shipping provided on this auction. Winning bidders can coordinate their own shipping within the specified removal dates. Forklifts and loading docks are available for loading.
