Buyers can park in merchandise pickup lot outside of Sears store on ground level. Buyers can enter through merchandise pickup doors. All items are "as-is" and "where-is", meaning all items need to be disassembled, transported, and loaded by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all material handling equipment to remove items from the location.
The location has dock loading dock area with 1 usable dock for loading, please coordinate with me for arrival and loading of items, be respectful of other buyers and only use dock area for loading when items are ready to be loaded.
Buyer is responsible for the disconnection of electrical wiring from bought items and will require a licensed electrician to meet electrical building standards.
