Buyers can park in merchandise pickup lot outside of Sears store on ground level. Buyers can enter through merchandise pickup doors. If a loading dock is needed for item(s), please enter the store and speak with a store associate to get loading dock garage door open to pull in. Call Vince with any questions at 612-387-3004
All items are "as-is" and "where-is", meaning all items need to be disassembled, transported, and loaded by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all material handling equipment to remove items from the location.
The location has dock loading dock area with 1 usable dock for loading, please coordinate with me for arrival and loading of items, be respectful of other buyers and only use dock area for loading when items are ready to be loaded.
Buyer is responsible for the disconnection of electrical wiring from bought items and will require a licensed electrician to meet electrical building standards.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
