There is a $15,000 deposit required from the highest bidder. Any bidders must have the ability to close (preapproval letter or proof of funds). Closing must be within 30-45 days or sooner and the balance of the purchase price must be paid in full at Closing. Successful Bidders will execute a standard Minnesota Real Estate Purchase Agreement immediately after the auction is completed.
