Welcome to the inventory reduction auction for Rollies Sales & Service out of Osakis, MN. Rollies is celebrating 50 years of business and needs to make room for new inventory!
Some items in this auction will be sold with a reserve, but be aware that the seller needs to reduce inventory and items will be sold well below retail pricing. This will be a great opportunity to purchase vehicles/equipment at lower prices.
Buyers Premium is capped at $1000 per item. BP is 13% up to $4,999 and 10% on items sold $5,000 and over, capped at $1,000 per item.

Bidding Tips:
All bids placed on K-BID can be in a max bid format. You can either bid the next required bid or an amount above that. Meaning that you can place a bid of $5,000 and the system will bid on your behalf against other bidders until that amount has been exceeded. Other bidders do NOT have access to your max bid information.
Do not include dollar signs or comma's while placing bids. You will need to include dollars and cents. A bid of $25,000 should be placed like this: 25000.00
Lots will remain open until no bid has been received for 3 minutes. This is referred to as extended bidding and eliminates bid sniping.
PAYMENT:
Payment is due on (Removal Day) for the auction you bid on. Any unpaid invoices may be processed as a "No Show" and potentially freeze your bidding abilities.

VEHICLE REMOVAL:
For vehicle pick-up, please bring your Driver's License and current vehicle insurance information. Insurance information does NOT need to be for the newly-won vehicle. Appointments are encouraged for removal, but not mandatory. If you contact us before arrival and send us required documents we will try our best to have your paperwork done before you arrive.
VEHICLE PROCESSING:
As a MN Auto Dealer, we complete all title transfer paperwork for in-state titles and our fees reflect this process. In some instances, there may be a discount in these fees that can be corrected upon paper work completion. All vehicle-buyers will be required to pay a $59.00 document fee. Out-of-State buyers will complete their own title transfers and send us a copy of the completed transfer back to us. You will pay us only the doc fee. Auto Dealers are required to provide us with a copy of a current Dealer License prior to the removal of the vehicle. The $59.00 fee applies to dealers as well.
SHIPPING:
Vehicle delivery is also available at $2.00/mile one way.

Inspection is Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. It is the Bidder's responsibility to inspect all items before bidding. Test drives on vehicles are encouraged during the auction. All Sales are final!

We try to describe every item with full disclosure. If you bid without inspecting a lot then you are forfeiting the right to any refunds.
Pick up: All items MUST be PAID on pick date for all auctions. We will only hold items if, paid for, on pickup day, and with prior approval. We will not hold them for bidder unless payment and other arrangement were made by calling.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
