This auction features some high end Baby Lock sewing /embroidery/serger machines, and a couple of clean and well maintained freezers and refrigerators.
The sewing machines are BRAND NEW, but they were involved in an auto accident - a vehicle crashed through the storefront window. The Insurance company settled with retailer for the machines, and we're are selling the machines on behalf of the insurance company. The damage to the machines from the accident is pointed out in each lot. Creative Sewing Centers have a complete certified Baby Lock repair department and they may be able to fix the sewing machines but there are no guarantees.
We have the machines plugged in so you can stop by and check them out.
The sewing machines come with no warranties and no guaranties that they can be repaired.

We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for most M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (add phone number). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
