The Cory Everson Fitness Home Trainer is the ultimate gym - at - home in one compact, easy to store unit. Heavy duty elastic bands offer seven levels of resistance equal to 5 lbs, 12 lbs, 17 lbs, 20 lbs, 25 lbs and 37 lbs. Five illustrated workout program cards are included on a built - in easel with instructions for 39 exercises and 10 targeted workouts. The comfortable 2" foam padded seat adjusts to three positions for even more workout variety. The Home Trainer is solid, made with 2" tubular steel frame with a textured footplate for extra stability and supports up to 220 lbs. When you're workout is finished, the unit easily folds to store under bed or in a closet. The Home Trainer also includes: 2 handle grips, ankle strap and utility bag weight limit: 220 lbs.
