Welcome to our huge John Deere Lawnmower Consignment Sale!
All Mowers have been serviced and are in good working condition and are ready for use.
These are all from a large implement dealer as trade-ins. Just in time for the summer!
Inspection and Removal Information:
Come in and inspect these units on Wednesday and Thursday (22nd/23rd) from 10am-4pm or call 320-424-3814 to schedule an alternative inspection period.
For winning bidders, extended removal dates available on Saturday, May 25th from 9-4pm or Tuesday, May 28th. Payment is due on these dates. If you will not be picking up until Tuesday the 28th, please contact us the day after the auction to let us know your intention.
Payments accepted: Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Credit Card. Personal checks not accepted. Please call with questions.
Please bring the proper trailer to haul your items.
Bidding Tips:
All bids placed on K-BID can be in a max bid format. You can either bid the next required bid or an amount above that. Meaning that you can place a bid of $5,000 and the system will bid on your behalf against other bidders until that amount has been exceeded. Other bidders do NOT have access to your max bid information.
Do not include dollar signs or comma's while placing bids. You will need to include dollars and cents. A bid of $5,000 should be placed like this: 5000.00
Lots will remain open until no bid has been received for 3 minutes. This is referred to as extended bidding and eliminates bid sniping.

Successful high bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify payment method. Payment must be made in full within 5 days following the completion of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with Northwoods Auction Co. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full! If paying with a check, check must clear before picking up the winning bid no exceptions. Winning bidder must make arrangements for pick up at equipment location. All equipment information is correct to the best of our knowledge and is sold "AS-IS" with no guarantees. All sales are final. Contact us with any questions before the auction ends.
**An additional 3% convenience fee will be applied for use of credit cards on items sold with a bid price of $5000 or more.. Minnesota Sales Tax collection required on all applicable items per MN tax code.
We don't assist with loading of the auction items.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
