2004 Dutchman Classic 36' Travel Trailer
We used this all last summer during a remodel project on our house, clean trailer for the year, all appliances / heat / AC worked. We never had water or sewer hooked up as it was parked in our yard next to the house and just used the plumbing in the house. Pulls down the road as it should, all lights / breaks work fine. Has holding tanks and water hook-ups.
New Plates issued to MN buyers.
As with all used cars, this car may come with typical used car issues, including minor mechanical issues. It is your responsibility to inspect prior to purchase. A ‘Test Drive’ does not equal a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues. Seller Conduct

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Delivery is available within 120 miles of 56349 with advance notice. Delivery fee is $1.50 per mile one way.
Payment in person is preferred due to the likelihood of decreased title transfer fees.
