This boat is water ready! Runs & Drives great! No known major electrical or mechanical issues. Freshly serviced: New battery (not seen in photos, battery was taken out to be stored in a heated garage. We will have the battery put back in before removal) and spark plugs. New engine top end, unknown hours on engine after repairs. Low hours overall. Trailer has decent tires. Overall condition of boat and trailer is good.
In accordance with SD laws, buyer will receive a paper title after verified funds have been received. Buyer is then responsible for taking paper title and purchase agreement to their local DMV to transfer the title to their name. Buyer is responsible for any taxes and fees associated with the title transfer process (Boat & Trailer Title Laws vary between states).
Used vehicles come with used vehicle problems including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Please be sure to inspect this vehicle before you bid!

PAYMENT
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL & NON-NEGOTIABLE! Payments must be made in full before the end of removal. Buyers are responsible for covering Buyer's Premium, and a $59 Documentation fee on top of the hammer price. Title will be mailed out upon reception of payment in full. Buyer is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the title transfer process. We accept cash, cards, online payments, and wire transfers. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS **If your only payment option is a check, call the dealership during store hours (before you bid) and we may be able to work out accepting a verified check.
PICK-UP
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PICKED UP & TRANSPORTED OFF LOT WITHIN 72 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE! Come into the showroom during removal to receive your 45 day temporary license plates, keys, and a copy of your purchase agreement. Late pick-ups are available if you call and schedule a pick-up time in advance (before you bid) *additional charges may apply on certain items for an extended pick-up time frame. Payment must be received by Saturday, June 1st @ 2pm to avoid $100 per day late fee.
*$100/per day fee will apply to any late pick-ups! Plan for pick-up before you bid.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
