McQuay roof top air handling unit. Model MPS010BGCM22D. Mfg date was 2013. Unit was purchased new and installed, then a remodel was done and the HVAC (gas heat) unit was too small for the new use of the area, so the school had to buy a bigger unit. The unit was removed from service and placed on the pallets, just as you see it in the photos. The footprint of this unit is approximately 8 ft x 8 ft x 4 ft tall and is 208/230 volt. A photo of the specs is included. Also notice that black, pre filter guards are installed, this was an upgrade to help keep the filters from getting clogged up. An inspection can be easily arranged by appointment. Call Michelle at 952-920-8922 to make arrangements. The entire removal process will be your responsibility. The school does not have the capability to get this item off the ground and onto our vehicle.
