Scheduled fleet and equipment swap outs for new upgraded units presents this opportunity to pick up some good deals. Condition reports included, videos of start-ups. Most items have been regularly maintained by dedicated in-house mechanical department, most from new.
ALTERNATE REMOVAL may be available, upon e-mailed request, WITH payment completed in full no later than 7pm 6/12/19, no exceptions.
INSPECTIONS: Inspections are available on 6/5/19 per scheduled appointment only. To request an inspection appointment e-mail info@real-auctioneers and include complete contact information including phone number. All requests must be submitted no later than 10am 6/4/19
PAYMENT:
Cash and Cashier’s Check are accepted for any amount and are the preferred payment method.
Credit Cards are accepted if your winning bid was less than $5000, an additional 3% processing fee will apply.
Online payments are accepted for non-titled assets.
REMOVAL:
For vehicle pick-up, please bring your Driver's License and current vehicle insurance information. Insurance information does NOT need to be for the newly-won vehicle. Appointments are encouraged for removal, but not mandatory.
DEALERS:
Dealers are required to provide us with a copy of a current Dealer License prior to the removal of the vehicle. Buyer’s premium and $59 doc fee apply to ALL winning bids including dealers.

Applicable State, County & Municipality Sales Tax will be collected.
Alternate Pickup/Removal is available exclusively at discretion of REAL Auctioneers and MUST be requested via e-mail and approved by REAL Auctioneers BEFORE conclusion of listed auction removal date & times. Additional charges apply; a storage fee will be charged and due payable in full before items released.
ITEMS NOT PAID IN FULL ON REMOVAL DAY CONCLUSION WILL BE MARKED AS NO SHOW
Delinquent payments will be assessed $10.00 fee in addition to invoiced total.
“No-Show” items relinquish all property rights and are honored exclusively at REAL Auctioneers discretion.
Any paid-for item(s) not picked up within 4 business days of auction close that do not have an approved “Hold” by REAL Auctioneers will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without refund or notice.
Any paid-for item(s) with an approved alternate removal date/time, not removed per REAL Auctioneers approved date/ time, will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without refund or notice.

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
