Treehouse, fort style playset built from a Menards kit out of red treated pine. Owner added a gang plank and deck on to the original kit. Foot print of 14 ft x 20 ft. This sturdy, well built playset has a slide, a climbing wall, swings, pull up grips a deck, gang plank and more. The deck was built around 2 tree trunks so it will need to be disassembled in order to remove it. Posts are cemented into the ground but owner said no problem to remove. Seller will assist you with removal but it will be mainly your responsibility. You really should inspect this to know what is required for removal. This is a very nice set up and if you take the time to remove it you will be rewarded with a quality item that will last for years to come.

We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for some M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (612-819-7859). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction.
