We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks under $100.00 with ID.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. After that we cannot refund anything. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.
Buyer is responsible for all loading and rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load. Auctioneer, Asset Liquidation Auctions, and / or removal location owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder. If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets immediately during the removal day, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder upon payment.

We WILL hold items that are paid with a credit card for up to 30 days until you can remove them. This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We will combine shipping cost on multiple items to provide the best possible value. Ship-able items are considered those that will fit in a box one person can carry. Larger or heavier items can be secured to a pallet for a $25.00 charge and BUYER will be responsible to arrange a carrier (Spee Dee LTL is a good service). If you are unable to make the removal date, please contact Asset Liquidation Auctions at 320-327-2622 to discuss shipping. We offer very economical shipping, but only ship once per week, based on getting the most packages in the shipment from all our auctions. This means a particular package may not ship for up to a week, plus the carrier time. If you need faster service please call to discuss expedited Shipping Charges PRIOR to bidding. Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone or other means by the end of the pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned.
When paying online we will hold your item for up to 30 days, please call for arrangements if you cannot make the scheduled removal times. Please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal or call 320-327-2622 for shipping arrangements.
