Owner states items worked when removed, but were not tested for this auction unless reported in the lot.
Bidder buys at their own risk and no returns.
Strict adherence to the move-out time slot as this is an unmanned facility, unless a pre-arrangement is made. There will be a $50 charge if the owner needs to come back to open facility for a move-out other than the time slot.
Bring help to move large items as there will not be assistance to help you with your moveout

Removal day is not an inspection day.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
BEFORE bidding you need to be aware that we do not do shipping, however we do package items so they are ready to ship, provided they will fit in a box one person can handle and weigh less than 40 lbs.

There will be a $10 convenience fee charged for handling and packing materials per box.
