The furniture/items from the house are some of the most unique pieces we've ever seen! Everything in this auction was well taken care of by owners.
****Please note; items are sold "as-is, where is." This means that on pick up day YOU will be responsible for disassembling and removing anything you buy. We will not be able to help you. BRING YOUR OWN HELP AND TOOLS!****
At owner's request, everything needs to be picked up ON REMOVAL DAY! If you (or someone who can pick-up for you) aren't going to be available on Sat, Aug 17th, there will not be a different day for you to pick-up your items, so please don't ask. Some shipping may be available on smaller items, but you will need to check with us BEFORE YOU BID to see if this is an option for you.
This will be a BUSY pick-up day, so be prepared to be patient! There are a ton of items and there will be a lot of people coming and going, so you may have to wait an unpredictable amount of time to be helped. As always, we will work as fast as we possibly can but we're only humans.
Buyers are responsible for removal of all items purchased. This auction is located in Brainerd, MN, and you will need to bring an appropriately sized vehicle/trailer, as well as help for loading the items yourself on removal day.
We HIGHLY recommend attending inspection day to look over the items BEFORE bidding. Everything is sold "as-is." No refunds after purchase. We are not responsible for your failure to read terms/conditions and inspect items.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping may be provided for some smaller items based on size and weight. Please call/TEXT (218) 330-7416, or email lastchancebrainerd@gmail.com for quote information before bidding. Handling charge of $10 per package plus shipping costs will be responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping is not guaranteed for any lot. Staff have final discretion on what we can/cannot ship. Each K-BID affiliate has their own shipping terms. Please do not assume something may/may not be shipped based on your experience with other affiliates.

Because this removal is taking place at the seller's home, there is only ONE removal day for this auction so please don't ask to come on a different day. If you do not attend removal day or contact us by that day, we will assume you are not picking up your items and they will be forfeited without refund.
