Walking is a complex function. When we talk about dynamic gait training we refer to the often unobserved but significant shifts of body and weight that occur in typical gait patterns. In the therapy community there is a growing consensus that a well-positioned pelvis in combination with dynamic movement is critical to successful gait training. A specialized gait trainer helps achieve this proper positioning and provides the dynamic weight-bearing and weight-shifting needed for a more natural gait pattern and easier stepping.

Bathroom wheelchairs (also known as shower wheelchairs) are designed to make hygiene maintenance easier for those who find it difficult or impossible to make it to the lavatory. These chairs typically feature an opening in the seat -- to allow users to toilet themselves while remaining on the chair -- and rust-resistant frames for use in the shower. Bear in mind that, when transferring your chair into the shower, you will most likely need a caregiver to assist.

The Lexion 6198-SC carefully warms and humidifies CO2 gas to reduce the most negative effects of laparoscopic surgery, while boosting patient's chances for a much quicker recovery.

Traditional carbon dioxide (CO2) gas used for insufflation is cold and dry. Delivery of cold CO2 is approximately 70oF, far below normal body temperature of 98oF. Delivery of dry CO2 at 0% relative humidity is 10,000x 6 more of drier than the Sahara Desert. Delivery of cold, dry CO2 creates an environment that is extremely unnatural within the warm, wet abdomen. Cold, dry CO2 gas contributes to cell desiccation of peritoneal tissue at an accelerated rate and increases inflammatory response, post-operative pain and hypothermia for laparoscopic patients. By contrast, the Insuflow® Device warms and humidifies CO2 gas to 95oF and 95% relative humidity and provides patients with a quicker recovery both at the hospital and at home.

This auction is contracted and managed by Jireh Trading Company.

This affiliate accepts Cash, and Credit Card. We DO NOT accept checks.

We understand that in life things happen that make it so you are not able to make the pick up time listed.  Please call us before the auction pick up time and we will make arrangements with you for another pick up time, we will ask for a late/postponed pickup fee of at least $50.00 as this will cover our time for having to be there rather than working on something else.  We will ask for a credit card payment for your item and late fee.  If you do not pick it up on the rescheduled date (no more than 1 week after original auction pick up date) your card will be charged another $50.00 late fee.  It will then be at our discretion to determine how to proceed with your pick up.  We reserve the right to charge a per day storage fee of no less than $10.00 per item when an item(s) is not picked up on the agreed upon day. If buyer does not pick up by agreed upon date then Jireh Trading Company will consider it abandoned and will dispose of it as necessary.  We do not have room in our building to store things for people more than a week...no exceptions!

If you purchase an item that needs batteries or electricity to operate please be sure to test it right away either at our location or at home to confirm that it does work.  We do not warranty any of our items but if within 24 hours of pickup you contact us, we will do our best to find out why it does not work as prior owner has stated and will try to resolve the issue.

Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).

Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.

At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified.
