IMPORTANT NOTES:
When you purchase a firearm make sure you do the following:
1.) Your bidder information MUST match your real name, NO aliases!
2.) If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match your driver’s license, online payment isn’t an option.
3.) Your driver’s license, and if needed, your permit to purchase or Conceal and Carry Permit MUST also match your bidder profile.
4.) A NICS/Transfer charge of $25 will apply to each firearm, no exceptions.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES!
Under Federal law, in order for a Licensed Dealer to lawfully transfer a firearm to a person who resides out of State, the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within the bidder’s State of residence. The bidder may then receive the firearm from the FFL upon completion of an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check fee, which can vary from that listed on the final invoice.
Important Note:
Items are to be paid for & picked-up on the scheduled removal date.
Each auction has a scheduled one-day removal unless otherwise pre-approved by Loretto Equipment BEFORE the auction closes.
If a successful bidder makes payment on an item and does not pick it up on the scheduled removal date, or make arrangements for shipping, the item / purchase will be held for 14 consecutive days (The 14 days include Saturdays and Sundays)
If the buyer neglects to pick-up the item during the 14-day period, the item / purchase will be considered abandoned and forfeited.
Loretto Equipment will reserve the right to dispose of the item as desired. No credits / refunds / reimbursements will be given for items deemed abandoned / forfeited
There are NO exceptions to these terms.

If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
