Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available on most items through DRA Auctions.
I can ship via Spee Dee Shipping, US Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex. I will always offer you the cheapest and most efficient way to ship. Spee Dee is generally the cheapest.
If you need your items shipped please contact me. However I do not take credit card numbers when I am away on a auction. It is to complicated and dangerous. I will figure out shipping and call you for payment. I don't like to guess on shipping because it can cost you and me money.
No shipping to Canada. I am only 85 miles away from the Canadian border so if there is something you want and don't mind the drive please bid.
I do not ship items on pallets. Please arrange someone to pickup your items by truck or trailer.
Buyer pays all shipping charges plus a very fair $7.00 handling fee for each package shipped.
