This auction has several lots of furniture that includes two entertainment centers, two dining room sets, one of them a black glass table and high back chairs; along with storage cabinets, patio chairs and a pair of lamps. There is also a reproduction of the Rose Beuret bust by Rodin. Next is a large assortment of small housewares that includes two large lots of kitchenwares that includes pans, storage bins and cooking tools and utensils. Lastly there is a lot of floor squares, three doors and wall lights. Plus much more.

A two piece corner entertainment center that has a small artificial fireplace in the upper section. It has two adjustable shelves in the bottom unit with two small cabinets in the upper unit. It is in nice condition and stands 49" W x 23 1/4" L x 78 1/4" H. The upper section is 40" H with the lower section being 38 1/4" H.

An oak veneer table with six Chaircraft shield style chairs. The table and chairs are all in nice condition with the table being 42" W x 60" L x 30 1/2" H and the chairs being 22" W x 21 1/2" L x 38" H. The table can accept leafs, but we do not have any. Also the table comes with six of the eight bolts needed for the legs.

A box lot that has five pieces of Pyrex cookware that includes two rectangular pans, two round pans and a bowl w/ lid. There is also three frying pans and a working Oster Belgian waffle maker. Next is eight woven reed hot pads that also has a rolling pin, serving baskets and wood utensils. Lastly there are two aquatic theme glass serving dishes with eight pieces of china. Four plates are Kaiser brand of Vogel from West Germany and three plates are J.W. K. brand from Bavaria, West Germany. There is also a Minnesota loon creamer. The West Germany china features a gold edge and images of various regional birds in the center of each small plate.

We do not take personal or business checks.  We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome.  For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go.  A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.

Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for some M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (612-819-7859). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction or the merchandise will be considered abandoned.

At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.  

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
