Auction Information:
River Valley Power & Sport has had a record year and has a record amount of trade-in and overstock units that must be sold! This Fall auction has a variety of boats for every budget and we will be offering select financing, winterization options and FREE storage on boats purchased on this auction.

Inspection highly encouraged at our location to see the quality of these boats. All units are sold As-Is, Where-Is.
All boats located on Lake Minnetonka in Brown's Bay.
Bidding Tips:
All bids placed on K-BID can be in a max bid format. You can either bid the next required bid or an amount above that. Meaning that you can place a bid of $20,000 and the system will bid on your behalf against other bidders until that amount has been exceeded. Other bidders do NOT have access to your max bid information.
Do not include dollar signs or commas while placing bids. You will need to include dollars and cents. A bid of $25,000 should be placed like this: 25000.00
Items with a reserve will not sell until the reserve price has been met. You can raise your bid against the reserve price until you see a notification stating "Reserve Has Ben Met." Reserves are set thousands below retail pricing, huge savings to be had!
Auction Closing and Fees:
A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the purchase price as well as applicable transfer/registration fees which are listed within the item detail. Buyers Premium will be capped at $1,000 per item. =
This auction will start to close at 3:00 pm.
The auction will start closing at 3:00 pm with a one-minute interval between each lot. Lot 1 will start closing at 3:00 pm, lot 2 at 3:01 pm, lot 3 at 3:02 pm, etc.
Lots will remain open until no bid has been received for 3 minutes. This is referred to as extended bidding and eliminates bid sniping.
Removal Instructions:
Please be aware that you will need to acquire/rent an appropriate trailer for any boats that are not selling with one.
Winning bidders will be sent an email the night the auction closes with detailed removal instructions. Paperwork and payment are due at the RVPS Location
Payments accepted: Online Payment is not available. Checks or wire transfer or Credit Cards. Credit card payments over $10,000 are subject to a 3% fee.
Transfer Fees: Sales tax and transfer fees will be charged on all applicable transactions!
Free Storage!
Free winter storage is available courtesy of RVPS. Winterization and wrapping services are available at cost to the buyer! Buy now and don't worry about storage!
Financing is available for well-qualified buyers!

Items in this auction will be selling with a reserve.
Applicable transfer fees and sales tax will be charged on all boats/trailers and are subject to change according to the buyers location.
Invoices must be paid in full by 10/30/2019.
Instructions for winterization costs and to take advantage of free boat storage will be sent to winning bidder.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
