We did our best to keep tools and their accessories, parts, components, etc. together, but because we are not small engine experts (and the former owner of the items is sadly no longer with us), there was some guesswork involved in creating some of the lots. Therefore, there may be lots that have attachments, pieces, parts, etc. that "belong" with other items in the auction. A tool may have been incorrectly named, and so on. So have a keen eye, a forgiving heart, and bid according to what you see. Feel free to contact us at info@practicalproductsales.com with comments or suggestions, especially if there seems to be an important discrepancy or resolvable issue.
If you are unable to attend the posted inspection (or removal) time/s, PLEASE CONTACT US to make alternative arrangements.

IMPORTANT! If a bid is placed on a Lot within the few minutes prior to its closing time, 3 minutes will be ADDED to allow prior bidders to place another bid. Think "Going … going … " before the final "GONE!" in a live auction.
Any items paid for by winning bidders but not picked up during scheduled or pre-arranged (for special situations) checkout times will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items become property of Practical Product Sales, LLC and no credit or refund will be issued.

“Parts”: It is assumed that the part in a box is the correct part listed on box. In the few situations that we found discrepancies, we did not include the incorrect box in the photo - NOT ALL BOXES WERE CHECKED!!

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT FORMS: CASH, BANK WIRE ($14 additional charge), VERIFIED CASHIER’S CHECKS (Payable to PRACTICAL PRODUCT SALES, LLC ), or ONLINE PAYMENT - NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS.
Bank wires must be COMPLETED by end of posted checkout and therefore need to be initiated by noon on the day of pay and pick up.
ALL Invoices MUST be paid in full by end of posted time, regardless of any prior approval for a later removal date due to third party delivery company scheduling.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
A prompt will be available on your invoice.
Log in to your K-Bid account to retrieve and pay your invoice.
Bring a copy of your paid invoice with you to check-out.
