You Need to Know These 3 Quick Things Before You Bid:
1. Do you know when the removal is? (We also ship virtually everything for very reasonable rates!)
2. We make it easy and take most forms of payment. We accept Cash, Checks (Business and Personal are fine, Certified Funds Required for all invoices over $5,000.00), Certified Checks, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Cash or Check are always preferred. Brownies and Cookies are acceptable for tips, but we no longer accept them as legal tender for auction items ever since the "Incident of March 2018".
3. Make sure to look at all of the photos and descriptions before you bid. We are human, we make mistakes, but we promise we are not trying to hide any flaws in an item. BUT, It's your responsibility to check things out before you bid. This is why an inspection period is available to you prior to the close of the auction.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available for this auction. We utilize Spee-Dee Delivery for general package deliveries.
Step #1 - Pay for your item(s) online on your K-BID.com Dashboard.
Step #2 - Contact us ASAP (Text or Email) to let us know you intend to ship. A separate invoice with the shipping portion of your purchase will be sent to the email address on your K-BID Invoice.
Step #3 - Pay your new shipping invoice, sent as an email, from Square.
There will be a minimum $5 shipping and handling fee per lot. We reserve the right to remove those lot fees in situations where a single bidder is the higher bidder on a number of small items that easily fit into the same box. Our intention is not to make money from shipping, only to cover our costs. You have our word.

Freight and LTL Shipping: First, pay for your item on your K-BID.com dashboard. We are more than happy to help ship your larger items as well! We use SpeeDee Freight or UShip to help coordinate freight shipping and will generally go with the lowest quote, unless otherwise requested by the Bidder. There is a minimum $35 palatalization fee plus the cost of shipping. Please allow additional days for setup as these just tend to take more time and energy to get arranged. We've shipped everything from Mechanical Bulls to Diesel Engines - We can probably help you out as well!
