Entire unit is and has been inside of a building, last operated in 2013
Were allowing an extra week to remove due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, by December 8, 2019
Includes the Following:
1) Sawmill w/ 50" blade, and the entire unit measures approx. 84" x 52". The shaft extends and additional 84" from the mill.
2) 46' of track that is 38" wide, pulleys and drum (Comes apart into (2) 20' sections and (1) 6' section)
3) Carriage w/ (4) headblocks - carriage is approx. 14' long
4) Discharge Conveyor - approx. 13' x 20" - (Hydraulic Driven) Pump is self-contained on the mill itself
5) (3) Extra blades (1) 44" and (2) 48"
There is no power source included, the owner powered it with a 4-53 Detroit Diesel Engine. Included is the shaft, 24" pulley and guard up to the engine.
Cement blocks are NOT included.
REMOVAL INFORMATION
Please read everything and ask all questions before bidding.
Removal is by APPOINTMENT ONLY within 1 week of auction end (By Sunday, December 1, 2019)
Please be advised this is unit is completely installed and will need to be disassembled for removal, please bring appropriate tools and help to accomplish this as the units are bolted down.
If needed a forklift is available to load the dissembled parts for a fee of $250. This fee will need to be paid directly to the operator, cash only.
There are (2) 16' Wide Doors on either side of the building, so getting the pieces out should not be a problem.
REMOVAL AND DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE
We have a crew that can disassemble, load and deliver this to you. The fee for this is $900 + $2.50/loaded mile from Blooming Prairie, MN.
You will need to have equipment on your end to unload the parts.
Please note, delivery is only available inside of Minnesota.

Bidding

As with all auctions, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding. Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. Unless otherwise noted, all items on this auction have been previously owned and are considered used unless specifically listed as NEW or NEW OLD STOCK.

Payments
We accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Checks (No starter checks or third party checks), Cashier's Checks (made out to NPS Enterprises, LLC), and Wire Transfers (over $3,000).
MN Sales Tax and all other applicable fees will be collected. If buying items for resale, an ST-3 is required.
Loadout
Pickup times are only as listed. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact us at 507-720-8089 between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday - Friday or email us any time at auctions@surplusmn.com. Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load your items as auction staff is typically busy during pickup times. A forklift is available to assist in loading large items from the ground level. The Auctioneer, NPS Enterprises LLC, and/or property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. All buyers will be required to sign a Liability Waiver prior to removal of your items.
Items that are not paid for with a credit card online or over the phone by the end of the pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned. This will jeopardize your bidding status with K-BID.
If items are paid for and have not been picked up within 5 business days without prior contact, items are forfeited and considered abandoned. Refunds will not be given under these circumstances.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not available on this auction.
