This is a highly-stable, low-profile chair scale with fold-down armrests and an adjustable footrest for easy patient access.
The 6502 is unique all other chair scales require manual zeroing for each weighing by pushing a button or turning a knob. Only Scale-Tronix scales automatically return to zero. The operator can even turn on the 6502 after the patient is seated and get a correct weight. Its the only chair scale that allows you to weigh a continuous flow of patients without zeroing in between. A paper-tape printer automatically prints out patient weight providing a permanent, accurate record.
A unique feature retains the last weight reading after the patient has left the scale for any period of time until the next patient is weighed. If the patient gets off the scale and you forget the weight, simply press the Recall button. The previous weight is displayed and a Prior Weightmessage blinks. In addition, the press of a button allows reweighing while the patient is still on the scale. Audible signals indicate when patients weight is in memory.
The 6502 is battery operated. Typical battery life is one year, or approximately 20,000 weighings.
Our ergonomic design is perfectly balanced to roll effortlessly from room to room. The 6502’s low-profile platform remains motionless while weighing; it provides accurate, reliable weight on any floor surface, even carpeting.

We understand that in life things happen that make it so you are not able to make the pick up time listed. Please call us before the auction pick up time and we will make arrangements with you for another pick up time, we will ask for a late/postponed pickup fee of at least $50.00 as this will cover our time for having to be there rather than working on something else. We will ask for a credit card payment for your item and late fee. If you do not pick it up on the rescheduled date (no more than 1 week after original auction pick up date) your card will be charged $100.00 late fee. It will then be at our discretion to determine how to proceed with your pick up. We reserve the right to charge a per day storage fee of no less than $25.00 per item when an item(s) is not picked up on the agreed upon day. If buyer does not pick up by agreed upon date then Jireh Trading Company will consider it abandoned and will dispose/relist of it as necessary. We do not have room in our building to store things for people more than a week...no exceptions!
If you purchase an item that needs batteries or electricity to operate please be sure to test it right away either at our location or at home to confirm that it does work. We do not warranty any of our items but if within 24 hours of pickup you contact us, we will do our best to find out why it does not work as prior owner has stated and will try to resolve the issue.
