AUCTION REMOVAL IS THURSDAY, DECEMBER 19TH FROM 9 A.M - 6 P.M
UPON REMOVAL, THERE WILL BE A PARKING LOT ATTENDANT ON-SITE TO DIRECT YOU WHERE TO PARK AND WHERE TO PAY YOUR INVOICE. UPON PAYMENT, YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO THE VARIOUS DOCK DOORS FOR REMOVAL.
THERE WILL BE ONE FORKLIFT WITH AN OPERATOR ON-SITE TO ASSIST IN REMOVAL. THERE IS ONLY 1 FORKLIFT, SO YOU WILL PLEASE NEED TO BE PATIENT!! YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING YOUR OWN FORKLIFT, IF YOU CHOOSE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE 3 DOCK DOORS. 1 DOCK DOOR IS A COMMERCIAL HEIGHT DOCK AND THE OTHER 2 DOORS ARE GROUND LEVEL DOORS. THERE ARE MULTIPLE CARTS AND PALLET JACKS THAT YOU ARE FREE TO USE TO ASSIST YOU IN REMOVAL.
MANY OF THE ITEMS ARE LARGE AND HEAVY, SO PLEASE BRING ADEQUATE HELP AND PROPER VEHICLE/TRAILER FOR THE REMOVAL. SOME ITEMS WILL REQUIRE A PROFESSIONAL RIGGING SERVICE FOR REMOVAL (IF HIRING A PROFESSIONAL RIGGING SERVICE, WE MAY BE ABLE TO BE FLEXIBLE ON REMOVAL DATE, PLEASE CALL TO VERIFY).

Since the majority of our auctions are held at our client's location, Auction Removal and Inspection are only during the date(s) and time(s) listed. If you are not able to pickup (or send a representative) at the specified removal date/time, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
A WildPeak Auctions representative must be present for preview and removal.
As with all K-BID.com auctions, it is your responsibility as the bidder to properly inspect all items prior to bidding.

Items must be paid for by/on the removal date. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled removal date will not be held by the auctioneer after removal time has expired. Most of our auctions are held on-site at our client's location, so we can not take responsibility for items not picked up by the close of the removal time. Failure to remove items by the close of the removal time may cause a forfeiture of item, even if the item has been paid for.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We do offer shipping (item dependent) through a local UPS location. SHIPPING MUST BE ARRANGED WITH AUCTIONEER AHEAD OF REMOVAL DATE. Please call Chris at 605-261-0709 or Steve at 480-236-2486 to make arrangements.. No "content lots" or large items are available to be shipped. There is a $15+ courier fee if you decide to ship (fee is item dependent). Winning bidder will pay us for auction item and courier fee. The item will then be couriered to the UPS location. Bidder will then be responsible for contacting the UPS store to pay them directly for packaging and shipping. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect all items. WildPeak Auctions is not responsible for any damage incurred during courier and shipping. If you have any questions if an item is available to be shipped, please contact us.
Please keep in mind, no shipping is available for titled assets or firearms!
