This auction begins to close at 6:35 Thursday night, Jan 30. You can bid anytime up until the lots specific ending time. 8 lots will close every minute in numerical order. Our outbid rule extends 3 minutes after the last high bid. This will move fast even for skilled online vets. Halstad is located 35 miles north of Moorhead, MN on US Hwy. 75, one block east of the Cenex. This is a 3 day 27 hour pick up right at the school. There are no options to this! Follow signs to the main door where you will need to check in and pay your invoice. We will accept CASH, MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (including AmEx), BANK CERTIFIED CHECKS - BUSINESS or PERSONAL.We will have 8 team members assisting finding your winnings throughout the building. There will be 6 access doors to load out. There is an elevator on the 2nd floor for easier accessibility.

It is necessary that you bring your own tools if you need to disconnect something from a wall or a basketball backboard, blackboard or weight machine. WE will have the power & gas removed from required items (stoves, etc.) We will get you to your items but it is your responsibility to remove them. Due to Insurance liability our team CAN NOT lift or load - bring the appropriate help to help assist you in loading. The old school is 3 floors, there is an elevator from 2nd to 1 st floor.

There will be a viewing day on Monday, Jan 27, from 11 am to 7 pm. Please, bring a list of specific lot numbers you want to view in person. This is not an open house, but rather an accompanied seek and find mission

Pick Up terms:

It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange payment/ pick up/shipping requests of all winning invoices.

1. Please note the specific pick up days and times for each auction. (note: we try to accommodate as many schedules as possible by providing 10 hours on pick up days)

2. All items should be paid and picked up no later than the close of designated removal day. Please make arrangements for someone to pick up your items for you or have them shipped if you are not able to pick up yourself.

3. NO SHIPPING FOR THE HALSTAD NCW AUCTION.

4. Any items unpaid remaining at Halstad, NCW at the end of Pick Up Feb. 4th @ 7PM will result in a NO SHOW. Paid items will be forfeited.

5. Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled.

Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
Affiliates may lower reserves at any time:
- During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
- After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
Requires payment of:
- 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
- $25 reinstatement fee
A valid government-issued ID must be provided
Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
