This vehicle is in running condition, has decent tires and automatic transmission. The white exterior is showing rust as shown in photos. Interior has cloth bucket seats and fabric is in fair to good condition. You get an AM/FM radio with CD player, stow away bin over the sun visors, power windows, locks and mirrors. THE VAN HAS AIR CONDITIONING BUT IT DOES NOT WORK, HOWEVER, NO ATTEMPT HAS BEEN MADE TO RECHARGE IT, SO IT MIGHT JUST NEED THAT.
There is a parts bin installed in the cargo area and there is also a driver cage to separate the driver from the cargo area The cage is loose in the back but can be installed. There are 2 rear doors that have defrosters and windshield wipers installed in each door and there is also one sliding cargo door on each side of the vehicle.
You will see a truck mount ladder rack shown in the photos. This ladder rack is being offered with this vehicle. It was taken off a long time ago but was not reinstalled because the bolts are rusty and need some anti corrosion spray to be able to get the rack bolted back on. If you want the ladder rack you will pick it up at a storage garage in Eden Prairie, after you pick up the van. The management company will tell you the address of the ladder rack location and have someone meet you there-you will need to install the ladder rack at the time of pick up as it won't fit in the vehicle-only on top of it.
