From Topper Industrial's Website:

Topper Mother Daughter Cart – Topper can design & fabricate custom, engineered to order material handling cart delivery solutions for each specific process and unique plant floor throughout all work sectors. Topper Industrial specializes in moving material with cart delivery.

Mother Daughter Cart Systems are pulled by a tugger or AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle). The system consists of one large mother cart and two or more, smaller daughter carts. The daughter carts are designed to fit within the mother cart’s frame work. Once inside, the daughter carts are locked into the mother cart.. The mother cart and daughter carts are then able to be tugged as one.  Multiple Mother Carts can be towed in a row.

This Cart Delivery System is very versatile. The Daughter Carts can all different types and sizes and utilize the same Mother Cart framework. For instance, One Mother Cart can be designed to carry a static cart as a daughter cart and a rotation cart as a daughter cart. Later as production and process can change, Topper is able to design and fabricate new daughter carts to be used with the existing Mother Daughter Cart System.

Topper Industrial is very proud of their patented Wheels on the Ground, Pass Through Mother Daughter Cart System. It is the most versatile and flexible solution on the market.

Mother Daughter Carts can also be referred to as Corral Carts.

You Need to Know These 3 Quick Things Before You Bid:

1. Do you know when the removal is? (We also ship virtually everything for very reasonable rates!)

2. We make it easy and take most forms of payment. We accept Cash, Checks (Business and Personal are fine, Certified Funds Required for all invoices over $5,000.00), Certified Checks, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

3. Make sure to look at all of the photos and descriptions before you bid. We are human, we make mistakes, but we promise we are not trying to hide any flaws in an item.  BUT, It's your responsibility to check things out before you bid.  This is why an inspection period is available to you prior to the close of the auction.

Other legal mumbojumbo....FYI: MN Sales Tax will be Collected.  (You may provide a Minnesota ST-3 Tax Exempt form when applicable.)

This Sale is Contracted and Managed by Fanberg Auctions.    Auctioneer: P.J. Fanberg (pj@fanbergauctions.com)

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid on this auction, you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed on this page in additions to the K-BID user terms and agreements.

K-BID Online, Inc. (K-BID) is responsible for maintaining the K-BID.com website.  K-BID.com serves as the venue used by independent auction companies (Affiliates) to present their online auctions to bidders.

K-BID’s role in the auctions listed on K-BID.com is limited to providing the venue for affiliate auctions. Affiliates are not employees, agents, representatives or partners of K-BID Online, Inc. K-BID’s knowledge about individual auctions and individual auction transactions is limited to the information appearing on the website.

By placing a bid on K-BID.com, bidders are verifying they are at least 18 years old and acknowledging they understand and will comply with both the K-BID.com website terms and the auction specific terms. Bidders MUST NOT share their password or account information with anyone. Bidders are responsible for bids placed on their account.

Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).

Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled.  Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.

Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.

At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes.  If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.

Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.

Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

Shipping is available for this auction. We utilize Spee-Dee Delivery for general package deliveries.

Step #1 - Pay for your item(s) online on your K-BID.com Dashboard.

Step #2 - Contact us ASAP (Text Message is best...) to let us know you intend to ship. A separate invoice with the shipping portion of your purchase will be sent to the email address on your K-BID Invoice.  THIS MAY TAKE A FEW BUSINESS DAYS, AS REMOVALS CAN BE VERY BUSY FOR US. Thank you for your understanding.

Step #3 - Pay your new shipping invoice, sent as an email, from Square.

There will be a minimum $5 shipping and handling fee per lot. We reserve the right to remove those lot fees in situations where a single bidder is the higher bidder on a number of small items that easily fit into the same box. Our intention is not to make money from shipping, only to cover our costs. You have our word.

Text (Preferred): First, pay for your item on your K-BID.com dashboard. Then text message (612) 888-7913 with the auction number, your bidder number and intention to have your items shipped. A separate invoice from Square will be sent to the email address indicated on your K-BID.com invoice. Your item will be shipped within 4 business days of payment being received.

Freight and LTL Shipping:  First, pay for your item on your K-BID.com dashboard. We are more than happy to help ship your larger items as well! We use SpeeDee Freight or UShip to help coordinate freight shipping and will generally go with the lowest quote, unless otherwise requested by the Bidder. There is a minimum $40 palatalization fee plus the cost of shipping. Please allow additional days for setup as these just tend to take more time and energy to get arranged. We've shipped everything from Mechanical Bulls to Diesel Engines - We can probably help you out as well!
