REMOVAL: No appointment necessary. Please bring your Drivers License and Insurance Information, current policy is fine, DOES NOT need to be on vehicle purchased. 21 Day Permits are issued when necessary.
TITLE TRANSFER: We are a licensed MN Auto Dealer and complete all IN-STATE title transfers. Tabs / plates are mailed out within 3 weeks of vehicle purchase. Out of State Buyers complete their own title transfer, temporary permits are issued, and $79 doc fee is only applicable fee.
DEALERS WELCOME: Please bring a copy of your current Dealer License. Buyers premium and $79 doc fee apply to ALL winning bids.

"Paid" Items not picked up within 7 days are subject to a $100 a week storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made. "Paid" items not picked up within 90 days are considered abandoned and will once agin be property of Minnewaska Motors.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
FLAT RATE METRO DELIVERY: $150 delivery fee to anywhere within 30 Miles of Minneapolis. Delivery will be the Monday or Tuesday following the end of the auction between 10 am and 1 pm ONLY. If you wish to have your vehicle delivered please email us at Nick@mnautoauctions.com by Saturday at 4PM with your address and we will update your invoice to reflect the exact amount due including delivery. All vehicles that are delivered MUST be prepaid online through the SQUARE app on the K-bid.com website AFTER you email us and we update your invoice. NO CASH OR CHECKS on delivery.
Starting in November we will have a 4-5 day delivery window.
Standard delivery is still available for $1.75 per loaded mile within 120 miles of 56349.
Payment in person is preferred due to the likelihood of decreased title transfer fees.
