Very fun Burnsville Estate Auction. Name your price! The house is sold and the items need to be sold as well. Sale includes furniture, household decor, fabric and more.
Online bidding only - no advance selling. The auction will begin to close at 8:00 pm, Saturday, May 16th. Auction closing is staggered at 2 lots per minute with a 3 minute extension on competitive bidding. That means if you plan to wait until the last minute to place your bid - another bidder can do the same extending the active bidding out 3 minutes per bid. You must REFRESH the page to see active bidding.
The buyer is solely responsibly for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Plan and prepare in advance. We will practice social distancing during pick ups. Bring boxes if you are the winning bidder for a large lot.
Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day. At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Please plan accordingly for the proper help and equipment you will need for removal. We are not allowed to lift heavy furniture.
Bring necessary tools and packing material and boxes- there are none on site.

Inspection & Removal

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
