Seller states that he recently replaced the hydraulic pump. We believe he is the second owner. He has taken very good care of it while it has been in his possession. It is kept in a heated garage each winter and has seen limited use. A water stain is present on the ceiling behind the driver's seat. Seller states that the leak has been properly repaired by a qualified shop and it does not leak anymore.

PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON PICK UP DAY.
NO SHOW POLICY: All unpaid invoices left over after close of business on removal day will be immediately listed as no-shows unless arrangements have been made. Being marked as a no-show will usually suspend your ability to place bid on other auctions. If you want items shipped, you must let us know no later than close of business on removal day.
NEW POLICY IN EFFECT SEPT 1ST: A daily storage rate of $1.50/day per lot will be owed on items held for pick up at a later date. This charge does not apply to lots being shipped. Maximum storage time for paid lots is 14 days following the closing of the auction. Paid lots left behind for more than 14 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of Trader Auction Company. No notice or reminders will be made.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. Trader Auction Company makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting equipment prior to purchase. Used equipment comes with used equipment issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

- auction number
- lot numbers
- verification of shipping address
Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Parcels shipped in the Midwest are sent via Spee-Dee. Parcels shipped outside the Midwest are sent via FedEx. We do no ship internationally and cannot ship to PO boxes.
Pallet shipments via Spee-Dee or Panama Transfer.
If you wish to have your items shipped, contact Trader Auction Company via email no later than the close of business on the scheduled removal day. Shipping and handling fees will be added to your invoice and you can make one payment on the K-BID Dashboard for both the lots and S/H fee.
Combined shipping of multiple lots is available. One low $7.50 handling fee applies to most parcel shipments, plus freight. Large orders, oversized items or items requiring special packaging will be charged a higher handling fee.
For freight shipments, there is a minimum $35 pallet fee plus the cost of shipping.
Online payments thru K-BID's Dashboard are encouraged.
