If view time listed doesn't work for you, we will make sure you can view when it works for you. Normally you can view Tues, Wed, Thurs 10am-3pm call 320-763-6345 to schedule a different Inspection time.
We try to describe every item with full disclosure. If you bid without inspecting a lot then you are forfeiting the right to any refunds.
Pick up: All items MUST be PAID on pick date for all auctions. We will only hold items if, paid for, on pickup day, with prior approval, our space is very limited! Items won that are not paid for on the pick-up day will be forfeited, original owner will either pick up or relist. We will not hold them for bidder unless payment and other arrangement were made by calling.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
