All auction invoice must be paid by close of pickup day which is Tuesday July 28th at 6:00 PM. If invoice is not paid by that time you will be marked as a No-Show in the K Bid auction system and bidding privileges could be removed. Removal of winning auction items will be Tuesday July 28, 2020 from 11:00 AM thru 6:00 PM.
Payments accepted: Credit cards & cash, no checks at this time.
Items must be paid and picked up on removal day. Please bring help for larger lots/items for loading and removal.

Second Story's LLC reserves the right to charge a $25 late pickup fee per item for bidders who are unable to attend the stated removal dates.
By participating in this auction, you release Second Story's LLC of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available under these conditions. 1) Your auction invoice has to be paid by end of pickup time removal which is 6:00 PM on Tuesday Juy 28, 2020. 2) all shipping has to be prepaid and initiated by successful bidder for pickup at Hamburg Second Storys business location 3) Amount of purchase required for shipping is a minimum of $25 4) a $10 handling fee will be invoiced via square for any prepaid shipping arrangements and must be paid prior to release of merchandise to shipper.
