Gearhead Fitness Auction. Anytime Fitness Cottage Grove is upgrading to new equipment. Auction of existing equipment to make room for the new. Used Treadmills and Cross trainers, Life Fitness and Precor. Lots of quality equipment. Items with moving parts have youtube video links. Inspection is by appointment only. Club is staffed throughout the week and you can stop by to inspect anytime the club is open. Please check descriptions for details. Pick up times scheduled Saturday 9/21 from 9am to 11 am to limit social contact.

We do our best to accurately describe auction items. If you feel an item was not listed properly, you have 7 days to contact Gearhead Service regarding the issue. If we feel a refund is in order, the item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. After that, we cannot refund anything. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.
Buyer is responsible for all loading and rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load. Auctioneer, Gearhead Service LLC, and / or removal location owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder. If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets immediately during the removal day, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder upon payment.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Local pickup only, the customer can arrange to ship through freight company of choice and at buyers expense.
